THROW COUNT

The throw count is the sum of the number of throws made in 1 day.

ARM STRESS

Measure of maximum torque imparted to ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) during the pitch.

ARM SPEED

The maximum angular velocity of the throwing forearm measured in RPM.

ARM SLOT

Angle that the forearm makes with the ground at release. Side-arm slot = 0 degrees, a three-quarter slot = 45 degrees, & an over-the-top slot = 90 degrees.

SHOULDER ROTATION

Angle the forearm makes with the ground while pointing towards second base - This measure is indicative of shoulder range of motion.
